I bought a mirror some time ago but never hung it up because it didn't come with hooks and I didn't want to chance it falling and breaking - 7 years' bad luck! - if I used something else like plastic hooks or velcro, then I saw something like this in an article on organizational tools for small apartments and it hit me! I could have both a mirror AND a place to put my overflowing jewelry without taking up additional space!

Works great, wish the storage spaces were taller only most things will fit in the top slot the rest have to be filed with small things or laid down. Also has a smell every time I open it but I still like it.

It is a nice piece, my daughter loved it.

My dresser was cluttered with jewelry holders that were single purpose (earrings, necklaces, bracelets only.) The clutter looked worse when we downsized to a smaller residence. This is not a large jewelry armoire but just the right size to hold everything that didn't fit my jewelry chest. Looks great in the room and the light is bright enough to without turning the ceiling lights on. The armoire is well made and the lining is sturdy. If this is not your only jewelry storage or have a small collection, this is a very good choice.
