1. How can I find my tracking information?
Once our fulfillment center generates the shipping label, we'll send you an email with your tracking number(s). Please note, it may take up to 3 business days for the tracking information to update.
If you can't find the email, you can also visit your Costway Dashboard and go to 'My Orders' to track your shipment, review the order details, and check the delivery address.
2. I ordered an item listed as "pre-order". When will it arrive?
