Vintage Metal Coat Hat Tree Stand Clothes Hanger

With 4 kids and living in a state with bad winters... The coats are heavy this is the best one I have ever bought! Holds all the coats 6+ on mine. And two are sine 3x in men's. I was worried about the product and if it would hold the weight of all the stuff. It does! Highly recommend!

I like the looks and the variety of things I can attach to it (coats, robes, umbrellas, capes, hats) all in various locations. It was horrible to assemble, even while watching the video. You'll need to practice patience, but it's worth it once it's complete.

Hanging Coats!

This is an excellent design. It is strong, it is stable. The shape is visually appealing. It's black steel, but you wouldn't even notice that it's not dark wood after a couple of coats are hung on it, and it's not going to lose its finish like wood would. My only issue is it could have better assembly instructions. Steps 1 and 2, it's important to get each screw into the thread carefully and partway screwed in, with everything left loose -- and then only when all the screws are started, tighten them all -- if you don't do that, you will crossthread and mess up a thread somewhere. The other thing to know is in step 3, item K is a double ended screw -- you put the short threaded end into the flat top end of the post below, and screw it in, and you use a screwdriver in the little slot in the top of that K thing to tighten it down -- and only then do you screw the next tube onto the top of the K thing. With these two hints, I think you will have no trouble getting it properly assembled.

I liked the purchase and it severd the purpose. Would recommend this product to others.
