This chair for the price is an incredible value. The quality of build is top notch, and as I've sat in some more expensive "brand name" chairs before, I can honestly say that this chair quite up to par, for far less money. The seat cushion has a decent of give, and at 180lbs I don't even come close to bottoming out the cushion. I love that the seat cushion is adjustable to slide forward and back as well. The neck/head support is adjustable to go up and down, in both height, and angle, and again has a decent enough cushion that it is quite comfortable. I enjoy the back support, but I can tell that some people might find the lumbar support a bit too much. However I've seen that other people just remove the lumbar support, so at least it's customizable. The lean function on the back support, isn't just a simple lever where it's on or off. It has a 5 stage switch, to decide on how far you want to let it lean back, which it seems is normally only found on the much more expensive chairs, and I like how easy it is. My only gripe with this chair are the arm rests. Yes they are adjustable up and down, and slide in and out for width, however, I wish that they would go a bit higher, and that the cushions on the arm rest weren't just a soft plastic. Oh and some more color options would be nice. Other than the arm rests, I absolutely love this chair, and am very happy with the purchase.
High quality chair that comfortable, nice features, and is way easier to put together than other chairs I've gotten in the past
As someone who uses a ~$500 chair as a daily driver, I am not disappointed with this. I bought this for my home setup, not wanting to go full in on another expensive chair. I have access to a more expensive "office" chair, as well as more expensive "gaming" chair, and I can confidently say this Costway chair is leagues ahead of both of them. Assembly was the easiest out of every chair I've ever built, surprisingly no odd smell from the new product either. The chair is extremely comfortable, if you're taller then the headrest might be a bit odd but they've been that way for me on most chairs that have them. 10/10 purchase
Overall the chair is very comfortable and feels very solid for the price, also arrived very quickly. I had some fitment issues attaching the back of the chair to the base but besides that the chair came together pretty well. The lumbar support is also quite aggressive so I ended up removing it.
Bought a lot of cheap/budget ergonomic chairs in the past, but this blows pretty much all of them out of the water. Armrests don't hurt my elbows, adjustments all work just fine, and overall doesn't make me feel like it's a test of endurance to sit at my desk now. I can actually use my computer comfortably. I only have two problems with the chair: Firstly, at 6ft, the headset is something I'd keep adjusting over and over and it's only really useable when I'm leaned back in the chair. It's not something I have my head against when using the chair normally. Secondly, the lumbar support is very uncomfortable. It doesn't adjust high enough and is very stiff, I ended up removing it, which didn't require too much effort. Overall, easiest chair I've put together, definitely the most comfortable I've used, and it made me realize that a chair is something people really should not be overlooking for a desk setup. I get more done because I'm not in pain anymore from sitting at my desk due to an uncomfortable chair.
