  • Inferior product

    After having my countertop icemaker for less than a year, it started making a horrendous noise, becoming over heated, and being hot to the touch. Would not recommend spending this much money for something that will last only a few months.

  • Cleaning cycle doesn’t always work

    Cleaning Cycle does not always work and then this machine makes a very high pitch squeal! Haven’t had this for a full year so I’m hoping it’s still under warranty?! I need the company to Please contact me.

  • Love the machine and their customer service.

    Love the ice and runs very quietly. Had a problem with the “ice scraper” breaking and the company was very prompt to respond and warranted the machine.

  • Won't Honor Their Products

    The ice machine worked great for 7 months and then started making a terrible noise. Contacted the company and they refused to do anything about it. If they can't honor their products, they aren't worth buying from.

  • Don’t waste your Money!

    Started leaking and stopped working 7 months after purchase. Customer service- we are sorry it’s out of warranty! Spend more on a reliable company not CostWay
