The dresser looks nice and the drawers slide in and out very easily. It will hold a lot of clothes. The assembly can be hard at first. Like another reviewer said, you have to take your time and read the directions carefully. It would have been helpful if I had taken the time at the beginning to correctly identify the screws, etc in stead of assuming I knew which was which. Once you get started, you'll get the hang of it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this dresser. It was packaged so well that it would be difficult to damage it in transit even if you wanted to. It came packed in two boxes. Being a 65 year old woman without super powers, I unloaded each box downstairs and carried a few pieces at a time upstairs to where I assembled it. Assembly took about 4 hours and required only a screwdriver and hammer. I completed it by myself, with no problems. The directions were easy to follow. As for the finished product, it is very sturdy. In order to put it in the closet where it now resides, I had to stand it on end and walk it in. I also had it tipped at an odd angle for a few minutes and had to shimmy it into place. Once the four feet were on the floor it was perfectly sturdy, nothing had been knocked loose in the process. And it is a good looking dresser. I would gladly have left it out if there was enough room outside the closet. All in all I am very pleased and can recommend this dresser with no reservations.
