This massage mat is really good at what it does. Moderate vibration in the back, lumbar, and legs area, intensity is pretty good. The neck area is way more intense than I thought it would be. It was kneesing in my skull at first, so I put a bed pillow underneath the mat's neck pillow and it felt alot better. Also if you are more privy to a strong lumbar massage, the neck pillow will work wonders on that area of the body, once you adjust the mat underneath your back correctly and bed pillows beneath your butt and back. Finally got the crook out of the left side of my neck, definitely recommend this product. Thank you so much!

This massage mat really delivers! I find it very relaxing. The heat works and doesn't get too hot. It has many variations of massage and vibration. It's a little loud but that's because it's pretty powerful. At seven pounds, it's a bit heavy and takes up some space but it's worth it to have a massage anytime I want one.

I like this massage mat. Feel very comfortable when I lie on it. It helped me relax and feel relief on my tight muscles. The vibrate has different levels which is great. The option for heat located beneath shoulders to mid back area is an added plus. Highly recommend!
