This chair was so easy to put together, it’s sturdy, amazingly comfortable. The lumbar support is movable and the added heated pillow is perfect for me since I get cold easily. The pillow can also be stored away if you are a hot person that doesn’t need it or it can be used for extra lumbar support without plugging it in for heat. I put it together myself, I’m 42. Simple. Instructions are straight forward so you can tell right away if you are missing parts. You won’t go wrong!

All day comfort, nice features.
I purchased this chair because of the padded arm rests and the fact that the arms could be swiveled up in order for the chair to get closer to the desk. Back support is very comfortable for a full time day. This chair comes with a removable back massager, which plugs into the computer to run, and while it is a little intense, it does work to relieve tight back muscles. It is much lighter than the chair it replaced. Overall I would definitely recommend this chair.
