If you can find a pleasant location to put this air conditioner, it will be well worth the cost. Finding a decent area to use it in your home can be difficult as was already discussed. Since there is a dryer-like tube coming out the rear after hooking it up, you cannot really simply place it right up against the wall. You will absolutely want one of these if you can work it into what you already have and make it look decent with that poking out. Even in energy-saving mode, the device can cover an entire floor. Although it is not extremely loud, the air pressure is high. also enables you to maintain a window. You can remove the hookup and reinstall it whenever you wish to open the window that you have it in. With the AC connected, you may still use your window with only a few inches of space being taken up by the unit. With various options, it is simple to control, and a great remote makes it even simpler. Even at its price, I would recommend it because it is of great quality and covers a lot of space.

I Live in AZ and we have a room in the house that just won’t cool, and is hot as hades! This room is my work from home space and is usually 5/6 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I tried a portable evap cooler because I didn’t want to mess with running an exhaust hose but it didn’t work at all. I returned the evap cooler and got the 8000BTU and can say it worked like a charm. It cooled my office space down even colder that the rest of the house. The Window kit that comes with the unit didn’t work I needed something that expanded out to at least 70”. I ended up getting a kit on Amazon that was for windows/sliding doors and worked great. You will need 5.9 hose kit if you aren’t using the enclosed window kit.

Its cooling effect is very good, and it is not heavy and easy to carry. The workmanship looks fine, too. I think it's recommended
