This is the best thing I ever bought. I decided to purchased this machine because I live in a building with a community laundry room. I love animals, but some neighbors wash their pets blankets with urine and poop. Also, they leave the machine full of animal pet hair. All those hair gets on my cloths. The machine wash very well my cloths. it has different settings for your necessities. I LOVE the feature that you can add extra water to the machine by pressing a button. That is in case you are washing and you need more water in that cycle. The spin is great, Air dry amazing. This is a small machine , so you have to do small loads. I combine my husband T-shirts with sucks , sometimes just pants alone. That will depends on the heavyness of the fabric and how thick it is. I can wash one set of sheets and 4 pillow cases size king in one large load. The machine is easy to use. Just follow the instructions and it is PERFECT. So far the machine is working great. Excellent customer service too. Thanks Costway.

The detergent has a solubility. When the solubility reaches saturation, the detergent will not dissolve in water, but will exist in water in its original form, which will leave on clothes. The clothes can be soaked for 10-15 minutes, which can fully dissolve the detergent, so that its cleaning ability will be stronger. Please have a try put less detergent or soak the clothes for 10-15 minutes.

The machine will stop filling the water once it reach the level. So if you put too much clothes first, the water level will be higher and there is only about 3.5L-4L water in the machine..
