6V Electric Kids Ride On Train with 16 Pieces Tracks

We have a 7-year-old who is still under 50 lbs, a middle and the youngest sister. All three of them love the train in their own ways. The middle one adores the train and loves riding it OFF the track and all around the house (much to our dismay). Assembly was simple, but pay attention to the orientation of the steering wheel (2 AA batteries, not included) because once you put it on, it can be difficult to take back off. The orientation matters because one controls the stop/go and the other manages the light/music. A larger battery is housed inside the train itself that is charged from the rear-left side with an AC adapter. Track requires a LARGE room. We do not have that space unless we removed the carpet to create an even floor. So far, fun for all 3 kids. All three of them (including the 7-year-old) can ride on it, though we won't allow the oldest to sit on too long. We're afraid his heavy weight could overwork the motor. There is a pull-out foot rest at the sides towards the front of the train.

Such a fun way to entertain the little kids during Christmas. They like to watch it and ride it. It makes music and noise and fun. Sounds like a train. They can ride it around the track that is included and stay entertained safely. We look forward to being able to bring this out every year for the holidays.

My toddler daughter is into cars and trains. She was so happy to see this ride on car when it arrived. The assembly was very simple connection of a few parts and the wire for the battery. The train is about the same size as other non motor ride on cars. My daughter can easily sit on it or push it around on her own. The train also comes with a set of tracks. Note that once you assemble the tracks, it takes up quite a bit of space. If you have a small place, the tracks may not work. But the train itself is still very entertaining for a toddler.

It is very easy to install. My three old daughter really like it. We will put Christmas tree in the middle. It will increase the festive atmosphere when child track the train surround the Christmas tree.

I bought this for my 19 month old grandson. He spent hours riding around on it this afternoon. He enjoyed the lights and sounds as well as his many, many trips around the track. When it was time for him to go home he was heartbroken to have to leave it here. I'm sure when he comes back on Tuesday it will be the first thing he runs to. The quality is excellent. The battery outlasted him today, and that was far longer than I had expected. If it had a few pieces of straight track I would purchase a second set so that I could combine the sets and make a larger and more complex track.
