I was sent an item that someone used and returned!
I know bc the wheels are lightly scuffed, and I had to clean grime off the underside, it looks like the distributor threw in a new pack of bolts, let's hope they even fit. And a generic user manual from a costway product! Thanks for my $96.99 dollars worth!

Super sturdy
I bought this a few years ago and have used it to move my mom from her home to independent living then to assisted living and then to memory care. We’ve moved dressers, chairs,chest of drawers(put the handle down for larger pieces ) and a load of heavy boxes. It’s a real work horse and yet easy to move and store. We we’re moving things one at a time until I found this. A real back saver!! You can’t go wrong with this dolly!!!!!!

- Q:Only receive the wheels, but donot receive the screws, can not assemble.A:The screws and the washers are already on the bottom of the cart. You need to screw the screws out with the screwdriver on the bottom of the cart and then install the wheel. .
