Enjoy Outdoor Venture with this Large Camping Tent!
The quality of this tent is really good. It is also waterproof and windproof. What we want is that it is very simple to assemble, convenient to carry, and has large internal space. It is a good choice to take with you when you travel. If you want to buy a camping tent, I will strongly recommend this one.
After a weekend camping, I found this very convenient. Installation and removal are quick, there is a lot of space inside, the screen is breathable, does not feel stuffy at all. I put a big mattress, big enough for my husband and me to sleep on. I love lying in the tent at night. It's so wonderful.
The tent itself is a decent tent. It’s nice to be able to stand up fully in it and I’m 5’11”. I can fit a tall queen-sized air bed inside with plenty of extra space, probably could fit two in there with no extra space. But what a beast to put together fully! The instructions given were 1) not correct because they refer to parts that aren’t even included and then they just stop after getting the arch poles in the screen room. I mostly figured it out on my own but nowhere does it tell you how to complete the screen room, use the guide ropes, put the rain fly up, what the small fiberglass rod is for, etc. In fact, the instructions tell you you start with 3 shorter poles and you actually get two longer poles, 1 medium pole, and 1 short pole. I had to email the company many times back and forth to get the necessary information and ended up with a YouTube video that still showed very little detail. I’ve set up tents before and while it’s not rocket science, I would at least expect a minimum of instruction and for it to at least match the parts provided. Also, why just stop halfway through the process? The copy they emailed me was identical to the one provided in the box too! I will say that once contacted through Amazon, GoPlus has been quick to respond and eager to help but my advice to them has been to avoid the hassle with future customers and please provide proper documentation to begin with as the tent is a cool tent. Just wish it wasn’t a pain to figure it out!
