Was a little anxious when buying this ceiling fan concerning installation. It is actually very easy to understand the manual. However a handyman is needed. It took my husband almost an hour to install. The completed look did not disappoint us. The airflow is great, with no noise. A great upgrade in style to my room with reason alone price.

Costway representative - Q:Was unable to stop the wobble,missing part GG.A:The solid wood fan blade cannot be adjusted, but can only be adjusted by replacing the fan blade. This balance blade is mainly used for the density board fan blade, so this product does not include this clip. .
Costway representative - Q:The drum cover over the motor makes a tinging or crickets like sound when the fan is on. Like something is rubbing inside the drum cover or motor.A:Remove the fan blades. Then idling the motor to see if there is a sound If there is a sound, the motor and the chassis have been scraped. If you take it down. It was found that the motor was scratched from the outer cover. Just adjust the cover a little.If you take it down there's no sound ,please contact us for help...

That's it It took me a while a: First let the guest pull out the cable connecting the fan and the remote control. Then power on. Will the remote control still ring? b: If it does.. Just change the remote control. If it doesn't sound, then go to the next step, c: Re connect the fan to the remote control cable. Remove the blades. Power on. d: Press the first gear to start, if the fan motor can idle for 2 ~ 3 seconds, it proves that the motor and remote control are good e: Then it may be that you screwed the screw too much in.
