The tree came when ordered and the packaging was very protective. Do not cut into the box! It looks nice and there was no smell. The multiple trunks give it a little something extra. Some rounding may have been used to get to a hight of 5 feet, but it's close enough. The pot it comes in is small so I put it in a raised planter I got at Walmart. I added battery operated fairy lights around the pot and covered it with some inexpensive greenery. Moss or river rocks were also options I considered. You will need something, so plan for that. The size of the pot is the only downside. The tree is well worth the price.
