41,000 BTU Propane Patio Heater with Metal Hood

Finally we have a gorgeous patio heater that is easy to move and keeps us warm. This one is the right height to warm us up on our patio table and the wheels allow us to love it pretty much anywhere and then lock them in place. I can easily connect the propane tank in the storage area underneath.

This looks stunning when assembled. I would recommend having an extra set of hands when assembling this since there are so many pieces of glass. The inner “tube” of glass requires assembly as well as the pitter tube. Placing the top metal piece so that all 8 pieces of uprights standing glass fit into their slots-is tricky. The base is metal and looks fantastic. It’s not just a simple piece of sheet metal, but has texture and color that add to the whole element of beauty when this is lit. This has small caster wheel to roll it and change location. However; due to the glass, I’d recommend rolling and moving it as little as possible. And if you do roll it, it’s better to roll on a smooth surface. The glass is what makes this a challenge to assemble and move, but it’s also what makes this the coolest patio heater ever. When this is lit, it’s magnificent! The flame effect is awesome. There is no deflector for heat on the top. It adds heat, but in an open space, it’s minimal due to the fact that heat rises. So a good portion of the heat it released out the top. But I’d you’re looking for a wow factor to impress your guests, this is it.

Assembly was easy. Gives out great heat for the area it is in. We use it few times so far. It works great.

I love that this firepit is one that I will be able to enjoy during all 4 seasons! Right now I’m enjoying the nice spring evenings outside with it. The spring can still be a bit windy and rainy, however there is no worry about this fire going out. The fire is surrounded my glass which protects it from the elements as well as keeps my little ones protected. I like that I can keep this out outdoors at all times. It gives us warmth, but I was also very impressed with the look of this fire pit. It has a nice modern and sleek look to it. Igniting the fire is very easy. It is very convenient and quick. Once ignited you can control the burner and the amount of fire you want. I’m very happy with how this looks with the rest of our patio furniture. It has been a great addition. I recommend putting it together with another person has the pieces are heavy duty, this will make it much more simple.

While assembling this would be a challenge by yourself, but the result could be breath taking. This is one of the most stunning looking heater I’ve ever seen. The top half is glass all around and you can see the fire burning inside. With the bottom half made of metal but they are blend in very nicely. It’s a heavy set so moving it around could be troublesome even though there are caster wheels at the bottom. On a smooth surface it will not be an issue but on rough surface otherwise. Mostly because there will be added weights when you have your 5 gallon propane tank sitting inside. It was really nice when you purchase something like this and they added a waterproof cover. It is really something to impress people with the look. The heater works better when place under a patio or something because the heat rises to the top and will fall down which creates an umbrella effect. That’s how you can get a larger area heated versus to without a roof on top. I would suggest to keep it under a roof or something even though there’s a cover for it. Because it’s a nice decoration and you want to keep this look forever. Overall, it’s worth getting it and highly recommended!
