I love this machine. I have done lots of elliptical at the gym over the years. I have powerful leg muscles, but my upper body is very weak. I try the abs crunch machine in the gym. Since I am trying to build up my upper body muscles, I decided to purchase a similar device at home. This machine does help me with my abs, back, and arms. I was looking for abs crunch, but this one is even more perfect. I like the fact that one device and multiple uses. It’s also very easy to store. I can fold the machine whenever I am not using it. I can’t express how much I love this machine!

I'm so glad I decided on this boat!
I have been looking for a racing boat with good performance but not high price. After reading many reviews, I decided to buy this one. Overall, I was very impressed with the exercise I got. The noise level was very acceptable and did not prevent me from hearing the TV while exercising. The instructions are simple, my husband says it took about an hour and after only 3 uses my muscles hurt, so I know it works! Overall, I'm glad I decided on this boat!
