A great product
I bought this for my mom and she loved it. She suffers from venous insufficiency and since she started using this, her legs are much better.
A really great vibration plate
This is a really great vibration plate, there are five different built-in 10-minute programs, from a low-intensity program, perfect for warming-up, gentle massage, and recovery after exercise to an ultra high-intensity program, perfect for all-around power and weight-loss training. Of course, you can also set the speed and time duration yourself. It comes with a remote control so you can change settings while you're working out, which is a nice feature so you don't have to stop exercising to change the settings. It comes with two bungee cables with handles on each side of the vibration plate attached to the bottom so that you can do exercises with your arms simultaneously. The bungee cables are really strong and provide good resistance to give you a good workout for your upper body, really a great idea. It also has blue tooth and built-in speakers so you can listen to your favourite music while working out. Overall it has all the features needed to make this vibration plate a great choice.

This vibration plate has more power than I was expecting. I wasn’t sure if it was a gimmick or really worked. I can for sure state that this not only works it relieves the stress of working out. So easy to use and the benefit is complete. You plug it in and turn it on. There is a remote control or you can do the controls manually. The led display makes it a no brainer to follow.
