Costway representativeQ:How do I attach the two handrail supports to my concrete pool deck? the two black Fixed Devices sit on the existing concrete deck but that negates any permanent support for the handrails which makes the entire ladder assembly move when you go to climb up the steps. Seems as though the two black Fixed Devices should have a method to attach them to the concrete deck in addition to extended covers to enclose or hide the 2 black fixed devices. There is no installation instructions on how to install the ladder.
