After reading some negative reviews, I was hesitant to order, but there were no issues at all. The package was wrapped and sealed very well, there was no damage to the box, which I was very happy about, because it came from China. All of the parts were there, and there were clear instructions. Once the bolts are tightened, the rack is extremely sturdy
Very few parts which made assembly incredibly easy. I read reviews about sturdiness issues. I am guessing they did not tighten bolts all the way. Once the bolts are tightened, the rack is extremely sturdy. The large trays I got with it (sold separately) fit in the slots perfectly. The wheels feel high quality. They have a rubberized surface, pivot easily, have two locking wheels, and are very sturdy.
