Bought this for helping with our snow cleaning, it works well in my situation since we normally did not get that much snow in the winter. After first time trial, first, it is very light weighted, easy to carry around and maneuver, it is a definitely plus for us, which is exact the reason we try to go with electric snow blower. But, despite the "simple" looking, it actually quite efficient for snow around 8 inched thick! Did not try with heavy snow yet, but since it is not designed to deal with that, won't blame it if not working well, lol.
Winter is coming fast and I wanted something to make shoveling our driveway easier. I’m getting too old to shovel our long driveway and my teens never want to help. I wanted an easy-to-use snowblower and this definitely checks all the marks. It takes zero gas so zero emissions or running to the gas station before using it. It plugs in with an extension cord. We have an outlet in our garage, but I close the garage door after plugging in. I’m usually the one who does dumb stuff like blowing the snow into our garage. When we received it, we had to put minimal stuff together to get it functional. The only thing I had to install was the handlebars and the lever to change the direction of the blower for snow. Everything else was put together. I did need a small phillips screwdriver to put lever together, but everything else, there were no tools needed. The lever did have a pin I struggled with a bit, but that’s just because I have arthritis in my hands and just couldn’t get it gripped really well. I took it to the driveway to see how it functions, it was so easy! There is a safety button you push, then pull the blue bar and it starts! I’ve never had yard equipment so easy to work.
