Wonderful treadmill!
Instead of going to the gym, it’s more comfortable to workout at home. Having been using this treadmill for a while, totally satisfied with it. Super easy to install and soundless. And the price is affordable, I used to go to the gym, but since the pandemic started, I cancel my City Sport’s membership. Should buy it early cause it helps me a lot for losing weight. The quality is good, the instruction is clear, and it’s functional. I bought one in different before, since it costed monthly fee to use their app, I returned it eventually. For this one is more easy to use, and it’s up to 260 lbs. will updated the review after I use it for half months.

Satisfied with my purchase
I’ve been absolutely thrilled with this treadmill. It is quite heavy so I recommend doing assembly in the room that you plan to keep it in. I am really happy with this purchase. It is a great value and I have used it every day since is has arrived.

I just received mine and I can’t even lift the risers. They seem to be super tightly bolted. The Allen wrench in the package won’t make them move. Nothing in the instructions shows that I need to do anything extra in order to lift the risers. That’s only the first step to installing it

①Open the upper cover of the motor and check whether the plug is loose/falling off the motor plug-in wire (M+/M-); ②Check whether the plug of the electronic display meter of the lower control connection motor is loose/not inserted and whether the pin is bent; ③The motor cover is open Then, use the manual method to rotate the lower motor fan/pulley to confirm whether the lower motor can rotate (one revolution).
