Quality value Heat pump
A decent mini split value AC and heat pump. Quiet and efficient in both heating and cooling. If installed correctly with vacuum pump, should last more than 10 years and save at least 50% electricity over HVAC in summer and heat pump mode over gas heater in winter. For the same price and quality of 18000 BTU costway AC, comparing to Japanese brands of 12000 or 9000 BTU, you get much more copper and refrigerant in the costway unit, which will sure outperform in heating in winter.

Great Little Minisplit
I installed it in my home 1100 square feet. Just this unit alone is able to heat and cool my home. It is also highly energy efficient.

Amazing unit
Very quiet unit, blows a ton of air. The line-set is very short, so plan for the outside unit to be on the same floor / level as the head unit. Vacuum held nicely when getting it ready for the charge.
