Hi! I really love my hot dog roller. We have used it several times for family gatherings. Recently, a family member accidentally fell on the hot dog roller breaking the gray clips that hold the temper glass. Any suggestions, on how to order the clips?

We entertain a lot, we always have big parties at the house and our camp site. This may, we had a surprise 50th Bday party for my wife. I had about 50 guests here, everyone dressed 80s/90s, I hired a live band to place 80s/90s music all night. We had Hot dogs, Pizza, a bunch of smoked stuff from my smoker... This thing hold like 20+ hotdogs. I was putting multiple packs at a time on there and I could not get it full enough, people were really loving it. I've used it a dozen times since then and zero complaints..

Happy with my purchase
There was only a few page manual on how to assemble the glass lid and how to use but it was pretty easy to put it together. The unit was packaged well as well as very protective packaging for the glass lid. I purchased this for an annual basketball tournament. I have to say I was really happy with how well it worked. We were able to have 21 hot dogs cooking all the time and able to adjust the temperature of the first four rollers and one for the back three rollers. This made selling hot dogs so easy and when we were done cleaning it was easy as well.

Bought it for my husband and he loves it. Easy to use at parties and everyone loves it. Annoying to clean because it has to be warm so if you don’t clean it that night, it can be annoying. Such a great purchase!
