I bought this item thru Amazon. Here is what you need to know... you should probably purchase something with wheels to move this thing around if you can't keep it in one place. Your drain hole needs to be lower than the drain hose because the drainage process is done by gravity, meaning that the water will need to exit the washer downwards. Drainage into a 5 gallon bucket will be more work because one bucket won't do. Don't worry about overloading it or being scared it will break. If there is too many clothes in it, it just won't agitate very well. I fit 2 queen fitted sheets and a top sheet in the wash basket and it did just fine. After washing the load, empty the wash basket and fill it up for a rinse cycle, then drain and spin the clothes.. Also, don't worry if you forget to turn off your water source. The water does not over flow out of the top. It does drain thru the hose though, so make sure you have your drain hose flowing into a drain. You are able to run the spin cycle and fill up the wash bin at the same time. Both sides can run together. You also need a place to plug this in. It requires a 3 pronged electrical outlet or extension cord. This is a great product with great durability. I reccomend it.

Love this! I just recently moved so money has been tight but going somewhere else to do laundry was becoming a hassle, this works great! clothes come out smelling clean, the only issue is that the clothes don’t get fully dry, they drain them pretty good but I’ve been hanging them up to dry and it’s doing the job right! can’t beat it for the price!
