GoPlus: The Little Cargo Box That Could.
With the arrival of a baby, we definitely needed the extra cargo space for road trips. Fits perfectly on the factory roof rails and crossbars on my 2014 Mazda CX-5. I place it as far back to the rear as possible which is the recommended placement. It locks into place on the crossbars easily and it stays just as secure at the end of our trip as the beginning. The top shell is pretty solid. I stripped the brand badges off and noticed some slight yellowing under those spots, I'm hoping the rest of the white top won't discolor. Other minor issues would be that there isn't any way to loop or hook straps to the bottom part to hold down your cargo even though the manual eludes to them. When you pack it, it can be pretty difficult to ensure that the front and rear latches are closed tightly enough to turn the lock fully. The key will not come out of the lock unless the cover is fully shut and the latches are engaged which is good. There is a 2-4 mpg hit, but nothing to stress about. I'm so glad I didn't overpay for one from those more recognizable brand names. I was able to score this at a fairly reasonable price considering how there is a shortage of everything and everything is overpriced, paid 429 at another online retailer that rhymes with Call Bart, this was back in October 2021.

I love this cargo rack.
I had a white one for my cross trek and wanted a grey one for my new 22 ford maverick, it doesn’t exactly match the carbonized grey but close enough. I love that it opens from both sides. It’s so great for camping and it’s so simple to add it (tooless) , pretty waterproof and plenty of space. It’s great.
